- "Koseki Tohon" (Zenbujiko Shomei, Certificate of all registered matters, certificate of civil status relating to all individuals registered in the family register)
- "Koseki Shohon" (Kojinjiko Shomei, Certificate of registered personal matters, certificate of civil status relating to one or some individuals registered in the family register)
